It depends on you

 

Dear President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,

           Mabuhay Mr. President! I am a student and a Filipino citizen in our country, Philippines. I am making this letter to tell you my thoughts and feelings towards you.

          First, I would like to congratulate you in becoming the president of our beloved country. During the election, you've been very serious in your campaigns and your platform toward making Philippines substantial. When you've been elected as the president, a lot of Filipinos disagreed maybe and rallied maybe because of the connection on what your father did to the Filipinos during his term as the president. Some say he is the best president in the history of the Philippines and some say he is the worst president. In my opinion, you and your father are two different persons. I will not compare both of you because you have different traits and characteristics. I believe that you will not harm us, your fellow citizens of our country but, help us and the needs of Filipinos. 

        I hoped for that when you've won the election, your priority is to make our country's economy rise and help Filipinos. Hopefully your term as president will be great for our country and for all the Filipinos. All your projects and promises may be fulfilled. I believe in you and with luck, you will make our country great again!

    Hopefully that Mr. President will reach our expectations. Anyway, you've mentioned about the campaign and platform of President Marcos Jr.. During the campaign, what is/are the proposal/s that he promised that marked in to your mind?

      hello Janea! President Marcos Jr. ran on a platform that promised broad continuity of incumbent president Rodrigo Duterte's policies, such as infrastructure development and his foreign policy, alongside some of Duterte's controversial programs. His campaign's messaging was also mainly focused on uniting the country. Thank you for commenting!

C. Joybell once said, “We can’t be afraid of change.
